On Thursday, February 2, Everybody’s Coffee will host the Seattle-based espresso machine company Slayer as they unveil their newest espresso machine to the Chicago coffee community! Slayer is a leading manufacturer of cutting edge espresso machines and is well known in the coffee community for creating beautiful machines with proprietary technology. Their newest espresso machine is no exception. As its name suggests, Steam is designed to steam milk to a better texture and consistency than traditional boiler-powered steam wands found on every other espresso machine. For more information, visit Slayer’s website.
The event will be over 2 days. Day one, 2/2/17, is comprised of an open demo with a presentation on Steam, as well as a Q&A. After we’ve had a couple hours to nerd out over the technical aspects of Steam, baristas will compete in a legendary latte art throwdown for a grand prize of over $1000! Friday, 2/3/17, will be an industry-only tech class. For additional details regarding day two and to learn more about the technical functionality, preventative maintenance and distribution requirements for Slayer Machines please contact: email@example.com
